Seeking Data Scientists in Springfield, VA and St. Louis, Missouri to develop and apply methods to identify, collect, process, and analyze large volumes of data to build and enhance GEOINT products, processes, and systems. They conduct data mining and retrieval and apply statistical and mathematical analyses to identify trends, solve analytical problems, optimize performance, and gather intelligence. They visualize information using a range of tools (e.g., GIS, R), develop scripts and algorithms using Visual Basic, Python or other software for modeling processes, repeatability, efficiency, knowledge capture, hypothesis testing and process automation.), create explanatory and predictive models, and conduct comparative analyses to address complex military and intelligence problems. The Contractor shall provide data science services within the support of GEOINT analysis. Knowledge of data science, methodologies, and processing techniques shall be employed on behalf of GEOINT analysts and community customers while providing operational support. Seeking Business Analytics in Springfield, VA and St. Louis, Missouri to provide support in collecting customer usage data associated with Web-based GEOINT services provided by / supported by NGA. Structure and review BI data and perform regular quality control and health assessment on the collected data. Perform analysis on collected BI data and build dataset profiles. Analysis shall include reviewing data for answers to key business intelligence questions. Work with various stakeholders to develop business questions and identify the data necessary to analyze to answer those questions. Build out the Business Intelligence collection framework and adjust collection strategy based on government direction and priorities. Perform web analytics on key NGA web sites, to include collecting, measuring, and reporting on web data for the purposes of understanding and optimizing the data. Provide support on ingesting of NGA web analytics and/or application web data to make recommendations for automating the collection, integration, analysis, and reporting of the data. Seeking Cyber Security Specialists in Springfield, VA and St. Louis, Missouri to provide the required cyber security incident response. Conduct Incident handling and direct agency incident response to cyber incidents. Recommend appropriate mitigation activities to minimize down time, mission impact and restore service; Conduct intelligence fusion analysis by collecting cyber intelligence reports and culling information to provide actionable cyber intelligence required by NGA to defend the IT Infrastructure and GEOINT data and services. Conduct forensic analysis in coordination with the CSOC/Focused Operations team. Conduct reverse malware engineering in coordination with the CSOC/Focused Operations team.
